Unclaimed listings come only from primary public sources, such as public rosters and mediators' own websites. We show basic facts only and mark these profiles "Unclaimed." Mediators can claim, correct, or remove their profiles for free.
Strategic Peace is operated by Strategic Peace, Inc. Its founder is a Texas-licensed attorney and trained mediator. Strategic Peace is not a law firm, does not refer cases, and does not take fees per lead or per case. If the founder appears in this directory, that listing is labeled.
Strategic Peace is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Texas Mediator Credentialing Association, the Texas Association of Mediators, the State Bar of Texas, or any court.
Why we built Strategic Peace
Finding a mediator shouldn't be harder than the dispute itself. But in Texas, the information was scattered. Some mediators were on court lists, some on association rosters, and some on paid directories where only the ones who bought a listing showed up. People in conflict, and the attorneys helping them, were left piecing it together one website at a time.
We built Strategic Peace to fix that. It's one central, easy-to-use place to find mediators across Texas, searchable by practice area, city, or map, with plain-English explanations of what credentials actually mean.
Most importantly, every mediator is included for free. No one has to pay to be listed, and no one is removed or hidden for not paying. Mediators who choose the optional paid Featured tier appear first in results with a "Featured (paid placement)" label; everyone else is listed alphabetically. Listings come from public sources and mediators' own websites, and any mediator can claim, correct, or remove their profile at no cost. Paying for Featured never affects reviews or ratings.
Strategic Peace was founded by a Texas attorney and trained mediator who believes that when people can find the right help easily, they're more likely to find their way to resolution.
